YOUR ROLE

As a Business Manager,  you'll grow a vibrant HR community and spearhead innovative initiatives. Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating closely with the Managing Partner in decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit to identify and seize new opportunities in the HR industry.
• Building and nurturing a client base of HR leaders, forging long-term partnerships across Belgium.
  
• Cultivating trusting relationships with freelance HR leaders and experts.
• Handling client requests, expertly matching them with suitable consultants, and providing high-quality guidance throughout projects, involving the team.
• Driving learning and content marketing initiatives, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

• Experienced in developing a business in the HR sector or related fields.
• Interested in marketing and communication.
• Proficient at building meaningful relationships.
• Open to new approaches and eager to learn.
• Down-to-earth, with a good sense of humor.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
