Sandra Rotsaert joins Balance HR as Associate Partner

Brussels, 17 March 2022 - Continuing its steady growth, Balance HR, specialist in HR interim management, welcomes Sandra Rotsaert to the team. As Associate Partner, she will focus on expanding the West and East Flanders networks. Her enrollment, as well as Brecht Santens’ in October 2021, aligns with the company’s ambition to offer its personalized services on an even more local level.

Adding value from day one

Sandra, who joined in December, will connect our clients’ temporary missions with the right independent HR professional. Throughout the mission, she will provide both the freelancer and the clients’ HR team with insights and guidance to achieve a long-term effect – even after the project’s end.

Like her colleagues in Balance HR’s core team, Sandra is a committed HR professional at heart. Alongside her duties as Associate Partner, she will carry out part-time missions herself. With more than 20 years of experience in the HR services sector (Accent Jobs, Attentia) and in national and international in-company HR roles (PepsiCo), she knows both sides of the table. Her expertise in Talent Management and Talent Attraction and Engagement made her stand out as the best fit for the job.
