YOUR ROLE

• You manage recruitment & selection assignments from the intake meeting with the managers to the signature of the contract.
• You mostly focus on vacancies for engineering and technical profiles.
• You source candidates via different channels.
• You conduct selection interviews.
• You introduce candidates to the hiring manager.
• You communicate frequently with stakeholders and the business and will challenge them.
• You keep your clients (candidates and hiring managers) informed during the process.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a medior/senior recruiter and preferably experience with engineering profiles.
• You are a good communicator and networker.
• You are French speaker.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: Freelance
• Work regime: 3-4 days/week
• Duration: 3 months with possible extension
• Location: Liège and remote
