Our client is an international company, active in the industrial sector.

YOUR ROLE

• You consult with business leaders and employees and provide daily HR guidance.
• You support managers in the EMEA region with both operational and strategic HR initiatives.
• You lead change management efforts and facilitate integrations of acquired companies.
• You work closely with employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
  
• You have special attention to team dynamics and collaboration.
• You contribute to enhancing existing HR processes and systems.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a relevant track record in HR Business Partner roles.
• You have a good knowledge of social legislation.
• You are hands-on and well-organized.
• You have good problem-solving skills.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: Freelance
• Work regime: 3 days a week
• Location: Antwerp
