Your role

• You manage the internal and external selection, recruitment and transfer procedures, from the preliminary meeting with the managers to the signature of the contract / transfer letter by the candidate.
• You conduct selection interview, including testings.
• You draw up a full report on the candidate.
• You manage the wage proposal.
• You liaise with the hiring manager and your HR colleagues.

Your profile

• You have a first experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience in recruiting purchasing and / or strategic profiles is a plus.
• You are an excellent communicator and networker.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French.
