Purpose
- To contribute to the establishment, maintenance and update of all remuneration principles and thus contribute to the HR strategy.
Your role
- You participate in salary reviews and compensation benchmarking exercises.
- You ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation.
- You analyse various data and prepare reports for team decisions on financial, indirect financial and non-financial compensation.
- You proactively track relevant remuneration updates and evidence, and make recommendations if necessary.
- You contribute in the formulation of and execution of HR policies, guidelines and procedures.
- You carry out salary benchmarking for new hires.
- You conduct and process confirmations of appointment, renewals of contract and exit formalities.
- You handle the correct processing of job descriptions and classifications.
- You participate in different projects related to remuneration.
Your profile
- You have expertise in the field of compensation & benefits.
- You have at least a first experience of a couple of years in a similar role.
- You have an up-to-date knowledge of Belgian social legislation.
- You have experience with project management.
- You have well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- You work with precision.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are fluent in French and Dutch.

- Work regime: 3 to 4 days a week
- Duration: 3,5 months, from February to mid May
- Location: Brussels and home office
