Context
Pending a permanent recruitment, our client is looking for a temporary Payroll Manager. The payroll team is in a change process: SuccessFactors was implemented last year, and this quarter our client is changing their time registration system. Guiding the team in the change process is key.
Your role
- You manage a team of payroll officers.
- You oversee and direct payroll procedures.
- You ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations.
- You provide hands-on support for the payroll, across different joint committees.
- You take 15 expat files to heart, in collaboration with an external partner.
- You closely collaborate with the Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams.
- You maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
Your profile
- You have proven experience as a payroll manager.
- You possess current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.
- You have a keen eye for detail, and an analytical mind.
- You are and outstanding communicator.
- You possess strong organizational and leadership skills.
