Context

Pending a permanent recruitment, our client is looking for a temporary Payroll Manager. The payroll team is in a change process: SuccessFactors was implemented last year, and this quarter our client is changing their time registration system. Guiding the team in the change process is key.

Your role

  • You manage a team of payroll officers.
  • You oversee and direct payroll procedures.
  • You ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations.
  • You provide hands-on support for the payroll, across different joint committees.
  • You take 15 expat files to heart, in collaboration with an external partner.
  • You closely collaborate with the Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams.
  • You maintain accurate records and prepare reports.

Your profile

  • You have proven experience as a payroll manager.
  • You possess current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.
  • You have a keen eye for detail, and an analytical mind.
  • You are and outstanding communicator.
  • You possess strong organizational and leadership skills.
