International HR Officer (ref: 2067)

Your role

  • You work in the Employee Experience team, in an international shared service center.
  • You manage personnel files; you ensure a correct data processing and maintenance in the personnel systems, you coordinate and handle personnel changes, you take care of HR admin tasks (such as registration of illness and long-term absenteeism).
  • You are in charge of periodic reporting, via HR dashboards, and data analysis.
  • You advise and support employees in the application of personnel policies.
  • You help building standards within the Employee Experience department, on customer experience, service levels, knowledge management, etc.
  • You actively contribute to and reflect on an efficient organisation and professionalisation of the HR admin and some general HR processes.
  • You work closely with HR Business Partners in the Benelux and with your colleagues in different European countries.

Your profile

  • You worked several years in a similar position before. Having worked in a shared service center is a plus.
  • You have a good knowledge of social legislation and regulations, and at least a basic knowledge of payroll.
  • You quickly understand HR systems, having worked with Workday is a plus.
  • You are an expert with data and reporting.
  • You are well organised, with excellent administrative skills.
  • You are communicative and you have fluent social skills.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, with a good knowledge of French.


  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: 5 days a week
  • Duration: 3 months – with possible extension
  • Location: Kempen region, with regular travel to Brussels
