YOUR ROLE

• You play a key role in developing, communicating, and executing the HR strategy.
• You collaborate with senior leaders to understand their strategic objectives, challenges, and opportunities and ensure alignment of HR strategies and plans with theirs alongside other HR Business Partners.
• You actively engage in discussions with labor unions, addressing employee concerns and negotiating agreements to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while supporting business goals.
• You support line management in talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning, offering insights and solutions to enhance organizational performance.
• You serve as a primary contact for business leaders and employees.
• You contribute to enhancing existing HR processes and systems.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a relevant track record as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
• You have a good knowledge of social legislation.
• You are experienced in social relations, have a correct dose of assertiveness, and work proactively and efficiently.
• You are a collaborative leader who knows how to motivate and engage people.
• You have experience in working with labor unions, including handling negotiations.
• You speak Dutch, French, and English.
