YOUR ROLE

You will play a crucial role in the recruitment and selection process by identifying and engaging with potential candidates. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing various channels to source candidates, such as LinkedIn search, CV databases, and other professional platforms.
• Conducting thorough candidate searches across different professional domains.
• Handling first selections by screening resumes and conducting initial telephone interviews.
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their specific talent needs.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have relevant experience in talent sourcing, screenings, and LinkedIn search.
• You speak fluently in English and Dutch or French.
• Experience or interest in the life science industry is a plus.
  
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: freelance
• Work regime: 3 to 4 days
• Duration: initially 3 months, and most probably with extension
• Location: East Flanders / remote
