YOUR ROLE

• Working closely with the leadership team, you manage the overall staffing program for consulting while taking ownership of the professional learning and development programs.
• You oversee the end-to-end management of the staffing process, directly managing the staffing team for several consulting missions.
• You take charge of the learning and development programs, including the oversight of their strategy and program design.
• You provide adequate follow-up and advice on individual progress and performance.
• You manage and guide career paths, ensuring accurate talent reviews and qualitative feedback.
• You drive the initiation and roll-out of talent management projects.
• You lead the staffing, L&D, and HR administration teams.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a relevant track record in the consulting sector and demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor to senior-level management.
• You are a strong communicator, able to exercise effective judgment and discretion and utilize creativity to apply to changing situations.
• You thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment.
• You are fluent in English.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: freelance
• Work regime: 5 days/week
• Duration: ideally starting mid April until the end of November
• Location: Brussels / remote
