YOUR ROLE

• You manage recruitment & selection assignments from A to Z; from sourcing, screening of cv's, and interviews until the contract negotiation.
• You mainly focus on sales profiles and other profiles at the head office in Limburg.
• You follow up on the influx of candidates.
  
• You conduct selection interviews.
• You sometimes travel to different locations within Belgium to do intakes with the hiring managers and conduct interviews. 
• You proactively suggest possible improvements to the talent acquisition approach.
  
• You will set up social media campaigns together with marketing.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a relevant track record in talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing.
  
• You easily connect with stakeholders.
• You can work independently.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French.
