Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist - Senior roles (ref: 2320-WFL-SR)

YOUR ROLE

• You manage the full recruitment and selection cycle, focusing on senior white-collar hiring, including the onboarding step of the new hires. 
• You organize intakes with the hiring manager to discuss staffing needs, job content, required profiles, and process flow.
• You work in tandem with the internal Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Aside from this scope, you guard the Young Graduate Program by strong follow-up with both graduates as managers assigned to their development. 

YOUR PROFILE

• You have profound expertise in talent acquisition of senior white-collar roles. 
• You are a professional in testing & interviewing applicants.
• You have excellent oral and written skills in English and Dutch.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: freelance
• Work regime: 5 days/week (open for 4 days/week)
• Duration: 6 months
  
• Location: West-Flanders: onsite and partly remote
