Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist (ref: 24079-ANT-EV)

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You will focus on sourcing and selecting talent for a range of roles, including technical, engineering, and office positions.

• Manage recruitment and selection processes from A to Z.
• Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the selection journey.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates.
• Negotiate offers with final candidates to secure top talent.
• Build lasting relationships with both candidates and stakeholders to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a relevant background in talent acquisition, with a successful track record in managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience with SuccessFactors' recruitment module is an advantage.
• You excel at connecting with people and building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Fluent in Dutch, with excellent communication skills.
