Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist (ref: 2345-BXL-SB)

YOUR ROLE

• You manage recruitment & selection assignments from A to Z; from the preliminary intake meeting with the hiring manager to the contract preparation - for a wide range of white-collar profiles, such as technical, engineering, logistics, finance, and others.
• You draw up job descriptions and post them online.
• You follow up on the influx of candidates, and you are in charge of the cv screening and first phone screening.
• You conduct selection interviews together with the hiring manager.
• You prepare attractive salary proposals in collaboration with the Compensation & Benefits department.
• You organize Assessments Centers with the external partner.
• You keep candidates and hiring managers informed during the process.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a relevant track record in talent acquisition 
• You easily connect with stakeholders within a demanding industrial environment
• You are fluent in Dutch and French, with a good knowledge of English.

• Work regime: 5 days per week
• Duration: 3 months - possible extension
• Location: Brussels / remote
