YOUR ROLE

• You manage recruitment & selection assignments, from A to Z, from the intake with the business to the signature of the contract.
• You focus on different profiles such as banking, finance, IT, legal, etc.
• You screen the incoming cv's, conduct telephone screenings and selection interviews.
  
• You search on LinkedIn and other channels for the different profiles.
• You introduce candidates to the hiring managers.
• You keep your candidates and hiring managers informed during the process.
• You advise the company on the different stages in the recruitment process.

YOUR PROFILE

• You already have some years of experience in talent acquisition.
• You have experience with higher level profiles.
• You are an excellent communicator and networker.
• You are pro-actif and resultdriven.
• You can interview the candidates in Dutch, French, and English.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: freelance
• Work regime: 4 to 5 days/week
• Duration: approximately 6 months
• Location: Brussels and remote
