YOUR ROLE

• You manage recruitment & selection assignments, from the preliminary meeting with the managers to the signature of the contract.
• You mostly focus on R&D vacancies.
• You source candidates via different channels.
• You follow up the influx of candidates.
• You conduct selection interviews.
• You determine an acceptable salary proposal in line with the Company approach.
• You introduce candidates to the hiring manager.
• You keep your clients (candidates and hiring managers) informed during the process.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a relevant track record in talent acquisition, and preferably experience with R&D profiles.
• You are an excellent communicator and networker.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: freelance
• Work regime: 4 to 5 days/week
• Duration: 6 months
• Location: West Flanders or East Flanders / remote
