Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist (ref: 2330-EFL-SR)

YOUR ROLE

• You are responsible for recruiting and selecting specific managerial roles that will help the company in its future growth and ambitions.
  
• You source for suitable candidates, perform a solid screening and conduct the first interview.
• You coordinate the selection process (registration, interview scheduling, testings...)
• You provide your feedback to management and follow up with candidates.
  

• You combine your master's degree with experience in Talent Acquisition of managerial and/or consulting profiles.
• You are a strong communicator and networker.
• You are a native Dutch speaker and can manage selection interviews in English.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: freelance
• Work regime: 3 - 5 days (flexible) 
• Duration: startup in May 2023 for a minimum duration of 3 months
  
• Location: East Flanders / remote
