Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist (ref: 2316-BXL-NM)

YOUR ROLE

• You are responsible for developing and updating job descriptions, analyzing job requirements and objectives, and preparing recruitment material.
• You source and recruit candidates using internal and external databases, social media, and other methods, promoting our company as "Top Employer."
• You align with the HR Business Partners and the employer branding experts to ensure that the right campaigns are set up to reach potential talent.
• You screen resumes and job applications, conduct interviews, assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes, and participate in onboarding new employees. So you manage recruitment & selection assignments from A to Z.
• You support the creation of an overall recruiting strategy and implementing the best approach for internal customers.
• You monitor best practices in recruitment.
• You identify future hiring needs in liaison with the HR Business Partners and department managers.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a relevant track record in talent acquisition, and experience in the energy sector, infrastructure/engineering sector is a plus
• You have a can-do attitude and are progress driven.
• You are driven, agile, and solution-oriented.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French

• Work regime: 5 days/week (3 days remote)
• Duration: approx 9 months 
• Location: Brussels / remote
