Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist (ref: 2274-BXL-MG)

YOUR ROLE

• You manage recruitment & selection assignments, from A to Z, from the intake with the managers to the salary proposal.
• You mostly focus on sales vacancies (internal and external sales) but also general profiles for the head office.
• You source candidates via different channels and will source candidates via LinkedIn.
• You select candidates via video screening, interviews, testing, and assessment centers and follow up the entire process.
• You attend career fairs, streamline campus recruitment and actively work with external partners.
• You manage some projects on employer branding, social media, etc.
  

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a relevant track record in talent acquisition.
• You are a good communicator and networker.
• You are Dutch or French-speaking with a good knowledge of the other language and a basic knowledge of English.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: freelance
• Work regime: 3 to 5 days/week
• Duration: until the end of October and maybe longer
• Location: Brussels / remote
