YOUR ROLE
- You understand the talent needs for the future to be able to execute talent strategies, both for sourcing and recruitment needs.
- You support, advise, and work closely with the European HR team.
- You assess processes and procedures and improve or adapt ways of working.
- You participate in projects such as employer branding, communication, candidate journey, strategic workforce, D&I, market & hiring trends, etc.
- You are responsible for the recruitment of some (high) profiles.
- You lead the Talent Acquisition team.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a relevant track record in talent acquisition and development of strategies.
- You have a background as a people manager.
- You have worked in a similar mission in a changing & growing environment and where you improved talent acquisition.
- You have expertise in improving processes, procedures, and tools within TA.
- You have prior experience with the life science or pharma sector and know the profiles.
- You are fluent in English.
PRACTICAL
- Contract type: freelance
- Work regime: 4 to 5 days/week
- Duration: 6 months and possibly longer
