Freelance Talent Acquisition Consultant (ref: 2291-ANT-MG)

ORGANIZATION

• Services sector in finance
• Belgian scale-up organization

YOUR ROLE

• You manage recruitment & selection assignments, from A to Z, until the contract negotiation.
• You focus on recruiting finance profiles. 
• You source candidates via different channels: LinkedIn, Indeed, own database,...
• You are the contact person for the consultants; you will help them with questions they might have and help them find a new assignment.
• You improve the working processes if needed.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a relevant track record in talent acquisition.
• Experience in recruiting financial profiles is not a must, but you have an interest in it.
• You are a good communicator, networker and sales-minded.
• You are Dutch-speaking.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: freelance
• Work regime: 4 or 5 days/week
• Duration: until end October
• Location: region of Antwerp / remote
