YOUR ROLE

• You manage recruitment & selection assignments, from A to Z, until the contract negotiation.
• You focus on talent acquisition of finance profiles. 
• You source candidates via different channels: LinkedIn, Indeed, own database, ...
• You work together with marketing to make campaigns to attract people.
• You attend job fairs.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a relevant track record in talent acquisition.
• You are a good communicator and networker.
• You are Dutch-speaking.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: freelance
• Work regime: 4 or 5 days/week
• Duration: long-term assignment up to 1 year
• Location: region of Antwerp / remote
