YOUR ROLE

• You consult with the European leadership team to define the future strategy.
• You work closely with the line management and employees on projects to embed the people culture.
• You facilitate talent management processes, such as performance management and personal development.
• You identify learning & development needs and approaches with the shared service team.
• You conduct selection interviews in collaboration with the talent acquisition team for the management level.
• You work on several HR-related and transformation projects.
• You offer proactive advice on structural optimizations.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a solid track record in HR Business Partnership within international environments.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have good problem-solving skills.
• You have experience in cultural change projects and leadership development.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: freelance
• Work regime: 4 to 5 days/week
• Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
• Location: Flemish Brabant / remote
