Freelance Payroll Specialist (ref: 22100-BXL-ZM)
ORGANIZATION

YOUR ROLE
- You manage international payroll from A-Z for multiple European countries.
- You explain employment conditions via induction session or answering staff payroll-related questions.
- You take over from the recruiter when an offer is accepted and manages all the administrative work related to the start of an Employee (contract, insurance, etc.).
- You prepare and follow up the recurrent or event-linked administrative documentation and tasks for an employee (maternity leave, parental leave, contract extension, or termination).
- You ensure a proper filing and archiving of employees' employment information and documentation (social documents, contracts, absences…).
- You participate in various HR-related projects.
PROFILE
- You have a relevant background in payroll execution.
- You work in a service-minded and precise way.
- You are fluent in English with Dutch or French.
PRACTICAL
- Contract type: freelance
- Work regime: 5 days per week, 2 on-premises and 3 from home
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Brussels / remote
