Freelance Payroll Specialist (ref: 22100-BXL-ZM)


ORGANIZATION

  • International foundation
  • Organization in which HR and people are central. 

YOUR ROLE

  • You manage international payroll from A-Z for multiple European countries.
  • You explain employment conditions via induction session or answering staff payroll-related questions.
  • You take over from the recruiter when an offer is accepted and manages all the administrative work related to the start of an Employee (contract, insurance, etc.).
  • You prepare and follow up the recurrent or event-linked administrative documentation and tasks for an employee (maternity leave, parental leave, contract extension, or termination).
  • You ensure a proper filing and archiving of employees' employment information and documentation (social documents, contracts, absences…).
  • You participate in various HR-related projects.

PROFILE

  • You have a relevant background in payroll execution.
  • You work in a service-minded and precise way.
  • You are fluent in English with Dutch or French.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: 5 days per week, 2 on-premises and 3 from home
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Location: Brussels / remote
