As the Payroll Manager, you have responsibilities for multiple countries.

• Leading, coaching, and developing the Payroll team
• Ensuring accurate processing of international payrolls through external administrators
• Advising employees and the leadership team on payroll and social legislation inquiries
  
• Executing the payroll for France, Belgium and Luxemburg

YOUR PROFILE

• Relevant expereince with payroll for BE, Lux and FR
  
• Profound knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations
• Coaching and team development skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
