YOUR ROLE

• You develop & optimize interactive trainings and workshops from A to Z and this in different forms from video learnings, e- learnings, online trainings, on site trainings, etc.). 
• You make sure that all training materials are available and you follow the market to see if their are new tools.
• You make sure that the available trainings meet the needs of the business.
• You are responsible for the planning of the trainers.
• You make sure you have a feeling with the field to see where the needs are.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience with learning & development.
• You like to take initiative and advise the team.
• You are dynamic and result-driven.
• You speak Dutch, French, and English.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: freelance
• Duration: 3 months
• Work regime: 4 or 5 days a week
• Location: West side of Brussels / remote
