YOUR ROLE

• You promote internships to companies and actively prospect new learning opportunities for students.
• You provide companies with tools and information about learning opportunities for students so that they can offer high-quality learning experiences.
• You contribute to the communication of the services (through content marketing, campaigns, mailings, etc.) in close collaboration with the marketing department.
• You help organize training sessions for mentors from affiliated companies.
• You handle requests to recognize learning opportunities and ensure accurate administration.
• You partner with schools on internships and learning initiatives, focusing on collaboration and knowledge sharing between educational partners and companies.
• You maintain good relationships with governments and other stakeholders and keep track of policy developments regarding internships and learning & development.
• You are the contact person for internships within the organization.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have relevant experience in coordinating internships or in learning & development.
• You are interested in education and labor market issues and enjoy keeping up with developments.
• You communicate effectively with various stakeholders and can build and maintain a network.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and take initiative.
• You work in an organized and meticulous manner.
• You are fluent in Dutch, with a good knowledge of French.
• You enjoy traveling regularly to external organizations.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: freelance
• Work regime: 4 to 5 days a week. Part-time is also possible between now and August - from September, it will be 4 or 5 days a week.
• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Brussels & Flanders / remote (2 to 3 days) - with regular partner visits.
