YOUR ROLE

• You source and screen resumes to identify the most promising candidates for Belgium and other European countries.
• You plan intakes with the business to understand their needs well.
• You conduct in-depth interviews to tap into each candidate's potential.
• You engage with a diverse range of job profiles. 
• You track candidate inflow to ensure a consistent recruitment pipeline.
• You will search and source candidates via LinkedIn or other channels.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a proven track record in talent acquisition.
• You possess good stakeholder management skills, able to build and maintain relationships.
  
• You have a collaborative spirit, excelling in teamwork and contributing positively to the company culture.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: Freelance
• Work schedule: 4 to 5 days per week, for 6 months and possible extension.
• Location: Ghent and remote
