Freelance HRIS Project Manager (ref: 2301-GLO-NM)

YOUR ROLE

• You are the project manager for the global integration of Workday with the local payroll.
• You are responsible for the integration with Workday.
• You transfer personnel data to the new system to move to one data entry point.
• You develop Workday to build a global salary cost overview (focus on North America, UK, Belgium and France).
• With the internal customer, you further map and optimize the processes.
• You liaise with local payroll experts and build relationships to manage the project.
• You contribute to the strategic IT and HR roadmap.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have relevant experience in project management.
• You have (supervised) at least 1 HRIS implementation in a large organization.
• You ideally have experience with business analysis and functional analysis of payroll transitions.
• You are strong in both operational delivery and strategy development.
• You are fluent in English and French.
  

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: freelance 
• Work regime: 4 to 5 days a week
• Duration: 12 months (possible extension)
• Location: Antwerp / remote (limited global travel)
