YOUR ROLE

• You act as HR Project Manager to (re)build HR policies and processes.
• You work on several HR-related and transformation projects.
• You contribute to the implementation of the HR policies.
• You work in close collaboration with the HR Business Partners.
• You report to one of the partners.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a relevant track record as HR Projects Manager.
• You have strong communication skills.
• You have a strategic view as well as a hands-on mentality.
• You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: freelance
• Work regime: 3, 4, or 5 days/week
• Duration: 6 months to 1 year (depending on the work regime)
• Location: mainly East- and West-Flanders, in combination with home office
