YOUR ROLE

You analyze the organization's needs in contingent workforce management, write the process lines and take care of the complete implementation of the new design within the organization.

• You develop a cross-functional project and prepare the business case and timeline to ensure the project's feasibility. 
  
• You define the framework and resources needed for the implementation of this project.
  
• You launch the project, monitor it, and make the necessary corrections according to the specific methodologies and tools of project management.
  
• You are in charge of the entire project from conception to implementation and daily operation.
  
• You build relationships with key project stakeholders to ensure optimal collaboration and effective integration of process changes.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience as an HR Project Manager.
• You know how brokers/VMS/MSP work and their usefulness to an organization.
• You have experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• You are skilled in process and change management.
• You are analytical and pragmatic-oriented.
• You communicate easily with different stakeholders and show excellent conviction skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
