YOUR ROLE
- You support the HR Manager in the day-to-day management (full backup in his absence).
- You handle all incoming employee questions concerning maternity leave, working hours, compensation, etc.
- You support all levels of the organization.
- You guide employees through the different channels of information.
- You deliver support in all HR-related topics.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have relevant experience in an HR administration function.
- You are supportive and have a warm and welcoming appearance.
- You have knowledge of social law to respond to the questions from employees.
- You preferably have experience in payroll and hard HR matters.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
PRACTICAL
- Contract type: freelance
- Work regime: part-time (3 days up to 5 days in July/August)
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Brussels and remote
