YOUR ROLE

• You proactively work on the development and implementation of the HR approach.
• You ensure that HR gets a significant role in the organization.
• You deliver operational support in a developing environment.
• You dive into the details and come up with pragmatic solutions.
• You provide support in hard and soft HR matters.
• You lead a team of 3 HR professionals.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a track record as HR Business Partner and/or HR Manager.
• You have experience in soft and hard HR matters.
• You are strong in the operational delivery of the new strategy.
• You are human-centered and goal-oriented.
• You speak fluent Dutch and French.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: freelance
• Work regime: 4 to 5 days a week
• Duration: 4 to 6 months (possible extension)
• Location: East Flanders / remote
