Freelance HR Manager Public Sector (ref: 22106-FLB-NM)

YOUR ROLE

• You consult with leaders of the organisation.
• You develop and support the cultural alignment (focus on engagement).
• You deliver HR knowledge and reply to the questions of the management and employees.
• You support the hiring process and search for the perfect match.
• You work on several HR-related and transformation projects in a changing environment.
• You lead the IFIC implementation project.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a solid track record in HR Management roles.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You ideally have project management skills.
• You ideally have experience in the public, social, or hospital sector.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: freelance
• Work regime: 3 to 5 days/week
• Start: August 1st
• Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
• Location: South of Brussels
