YOUR ROLE

• You drive the implementation of the HRIS roadmap within the EMEA region and take end-to-end ownership for delivery on time, on budget, and on agreed functional requirements/specifications to ensure maximal adoption of the final solution.
  
• You are in charge of these global workstreams: 1°) Total Rewards, Analytics, Workforce planning and HCM, 2°) L&D, Talent management, and Performance management, and 3°) Recruitment & Onboarding.
  
• You manage, next to these global streams, several regional HRIS projects such as payroll integration, time & absence management, and contingent and agency workers.
  
• You operate at a regional level in a matrix organization and are based in the region, with direct reporting in the headquarters in Brussels.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are an experienced program manager who demonstrates project management experience in implementing Workday, or any other HR System, in at least one of the three workstreams mentioned above.
• You show strong insights in regional add-ons or regionally specific HRIS programs and rollouts.
• You can operate within a complex international matrix environment covering several countries (EMEA region)
• You collaborate and communicate easily with key stakeholders and have experience working with multi-location teams.
• You are fluent in English - with knowledge of French or Dutch.
