YOUR ROLE

• You contribute to shaping the HR strategy and actively drive organizational change management.
• You manage a range of HR responsibilities, including talent acquisition, performance reviews, absenteeism management, and streamlining HR processes.
• You collaborate with administrative support to ensure accurate payroll preparation.
• You are a visible presence on-site, addressing employee questions and concerns.
• You manage labor relations, particularly within a blue-collar, technical workforce.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist role, ideally in technical or blue-collar environments.
• You have a solid knowledge of Belgian social legislation.
• You are pragmatic, communicative and adaptable to an evolving company culture.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: Freelance
• Work regime: 5 days/week
• Location: Brussels and Flanders, with the option to work from home.
