YOUR ROLE
- You serve as the HR business partner for two operational sites, Ghent and Antwerp, and oversee 300+ employees.
- You play a key role in employee and labor relations, ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive work environment.
- You lead and implement HR strategies, shaping and driving them within the organization.
- You coach line management on HR topics, enhancing employee engagement, development, and change management.
- You manage strategic workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, and employee development.

- You play a key role in managing employee and labor relations in a blue-collar environment, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.
- You lead and implement HR strategies, guiding management in enhancing employee engagement, development, and change management.
- Additionally, you'll manage workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, and employee development.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have proven experience in a similar role, particularly in blue-collar environments.
- You are an expert in social relations and a skilled negotiator.
- You’re a collaborative team player who motivates others and values constructive feedback.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
