Freelance HR Business Partner (ref: 22112 - EFL-SR)

ORGANIZATION

• Large entreprise with a no-nonsense and continuously evolving environment. 

YOUR ROLE

• You are a true HR Business partner for a defined target group in the services sector (250-270 employees).  You report to the HR Director and are part of a team with extensive HR expertise (recruitment, T&D, reward...) 
• Starting from a good understanding of the business needs, you make an HR plan that integrates both hard and soft HR.
  
• You support the management team in the implementation of HR policies and processes: manpower planning, recruitment, reward, performance, learning & development...
  
• You not only get energy from the development of a plan but also from its implementation. Also day-to-day operational HR issues fascinate you.

YOUR PROFILE

• You preferably have a Master's degree with several years of experience as  HRBP/HR Manager in the services industry. 
• You have great adaptability and the flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• You are decisive and not only result-oriented but also have an empathic approach.
• You are bilingual Dutch/French.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: freelance
  
• Work regime: 4 to 5 days per week
• Duration: 6 months 
• Location: Ghent / Flanders / remote
