Freelance Global HR Business Process Owner (ref: 2273-WF-SR)

YOUR ROLE

• As part of the Global Process Owner organization, you support the future end-to-end process template design.
• You are co-responsible for the TO-BE process design and drive the process documentation for the processes within your area of expertise (payroll, time and attendance, reward).
• You serve as the primary liaison to the business stakeholders to solicit input and confirm if the design satisfies the requirements and is fit for purpose.
• You co-facilitate the TO-BE process design workshops and report to the Global Process Owner on status and progress.
• You participate in cross-functional design meetings and synchronize plans with other interfacing processes.
• You support the change enablement and adoption to bring people together and ensure buy-in for the transformation on a global and local level.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a relevant experience in payroll processes, time attendance, and reward.
• You like to work and think conceptually and are vigorously process-oriented.
• You're fluent in English - knowledge of Dutch is a strong plus.

• Contract type: freelance
• Work regime: full time or 80%
• Duration: 6 months
• Location: 2 days a week on-site (Tuesday & Thursday) and 2 to 3 days a week home office
