Freelance Global Compensation & Benefits Specialist (ref: 2318-EFL-MG)

YOUR ROLE

• You develop a Tax equalization policy. 
• You analyse C&B vendors for a new country in scope 
• You assist in a new Global Mobility policy.
• You assist in several other variable pay policies and programs, and will write and communicate the global guidelines and principles. 
• You will have a look at the processes.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have global experience as a compensation & benefits specialist.
• You have experience in above mentioned policies.
  
• You have project management skills.
• You have good communication skills verbal and written.
• You are fluent in English and preferably knowlegde of Dutch.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: freelance
• Work regime: 4 to 5 days/week
• Duration: 6 to 9 months
• Location: East Flanders / remote
