YOUR ROLE

• You act as a strategic change agent at country level.
• You ensure regular and consistent feedback to senior executives and HR business partners on country priorities, needs, and expectations, and inform on local regulatory and legal policies.
• You ensure consistent implementation of Transformation initiatives such as new standards and policies and/or Change Management Programs.
• You ensure knowledge of HR strategy by all country stakeholders (Executives, Managers, Employees, and entities).
• You counsel management and employees in relation to such group and/or individual issues that may arise including the analysis of employee opinion surveys.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a relevant track record in a similar role as HR Business Partner.
• You have strong analytical skills.
• You have solid facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• You are used to work in a matrix environment and with senior executives.
• You're fluent in English - knowledge of Dutch or French is a strong plus.
