Freelance Compensation & Benefits Specialist (ref: 2346-BXL-SB)

YOUR ROLE

• You manage Compensation & Benefits projects (e.g., salary policy, FlexPlan, etc.).
• You develop, communicate and maintain compensation policies, benefits, and processes.
• You support the job classification processes.
• You monitor and analyze market trends to identify and develop opportunities for innovation and optimization of the salary package. 
• You handle salary reviews, bonus calculations, and budgeting.
• You are the point of contact for compensation issues in the term's broadest sense.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a first relevant experience in payroll and/or compensation & benefits; experience with job classification is an asset.
• You have a good knowledge of social legislation and salary management procedures.
• You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with figures.
  
• You are fluent in Dutch and French, with a good knowledge of English.
  

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: freelance
  
• Work regime: 4 to 5 days/week
• Duration: 3 months - possible extension
• Location: south-west entrance to Brussels / remote
