Freelance Total Rewards Project Manager (ref: 2381-ANT-GV)

ORGANIZATION

Our client is a leading and growing organization in the sustainable mobility sector, primarily operating in a blue-collar environment.

YOUR ROLE

As a Freelance Total Rewards Project Manager, your mission is to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive total rewards strategy for an organization with over 1,500 employees. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and aligning compensation and benefits strategies, policies, payroll processes, and performance management across all business units.
• Creating an optimized job classification policy, including industry-standard salary brackets.
• Designing and implementing a comprehensive "cafeteria plan" for the organization and overseeing its execution.
• Analyzing current HR practices, tools, and supplier relationships and realizing necessary improvements.
• Reporting directly to the HR Director and collaborating closely with the HR team and stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in total rewards, including a strong background in compensation and benefits.
• Prior experience in developing and implementing cafeteria plans is highly desirable.
• A proven track record in project management, including effective stakeholder engagement and management skills.
• Strong analytical skills combined with excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in Dutch, with a good command of French.

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: freelance
  
• Work regime: 4 to 5 days/week
• Duration: 8 months - possible extension
• Location: Antwerp, with occasional travel to specific entities and remote work options available.
