Brecht Santens joins Balance HR as Associate Partner

Brussels, 10 November 2021 - Balance HR, specialist in HR interim management, continues to expand and welcomes Brecht Santens to complete its team. Brecht will join as Associate Partner and will focus on clients in East and West Flanders. This move is part of Balance HR’s strategy to further embed the HR network locally and offer an even more personalized service to its customers.

Brecht, who joined Balance HR in October, will connect freelance HR leaders and experts to challenging missions within companies. These freelancers help companies to temporarily replace a key member of their HR-team or to lead a transformation project. Based on his longstanding experience in HR projects and consulting, Brecht will foresee a close follow-up of the assignment once the match has been made.

Since the beginning of his professional career, Brecht has chosen HR as his career path. He’s earned his HR skills working for companies like Randstad and Andress Consulting, after which he started as a freelance HR consultant in 2017. Brecht fulfilled multiple missions, mainly as a Senior Talent Acquisition Expert, in companies such as Crop's, Lotus Bakeries, TE Connectivity and Denys. This has given him a great understanding of the challenges and demands on both ends.
