On October 17th, HRMagazine & Balance HR organized the 2nd edition of the Leaders Lunch. This time combining academic insights by Prof. Dr. Peggy De Prins (Antwerp Management School) and a practical case by Marleen Spileers (Bozar).
During the Freelance Cafe of Balance HR, MSF showed how they are putting people first. Afterwards we had a talk with Philippe Matthys (Partnership Coordinator), Sébastien Roy (HR Director) and Peter Geiregat (Freelance HR Advisor).
As an HR freelancer, it is striking that most of my projects came through other freelancers, who I know and trust. Just like my last assignment, at The Europe Hospitals, via the Balance HR network. A meaningful project and fun experience. Joëlle Dekeyser
