Balance HR is a community of HR freelancers who bundle the forces to develop each other, organizations and societal initiatives.
With our collaborative network, we aim at temporarily supporting and advising HR leaders in their assignments or change projects, while developing their HR talent.
We also engage ourselves to offer our expertise on a voluntary basis to social work.

About our network
"The needs of the Freelancers and the HR Leader firsthand"
Using the experience gained within HR management and consultancy, I decided in 2009 to make my own entrepreneurial dream happen and started as an HR freelancer.
During this period I managed to build a tight network of specialised HR professionals. Moreover, I also learned firsthand the needs of both the freelancer and the client. Those were the incentives to start offering my clients the expertise of colleague freelancers next to my own.
In 2014, after numerous gatherings with the network and business leaders, we decided together to create a new movement that relies on endurable, community-driven solutions. At the core of this movement is a culture of sharing and delivering meaningful work based on evidence, rather than maximizing short-term goals.
Next to sharing expertise with each other and with organisations, we actively contribute to societal initiatives. The network is setting up diverse actions by offering their expertise, on a voluntary basis, to social work.
